Class Description

Restorative Yoga: Susan

A deliciously delightful hour focused on refreshing & renewing from the inside out with totally supported postures & breathing. The floor is utilized for these healing restorative poses, that are held to allow the body to open deeply, & release tension. Appropriate for all levels of experience. Yoga a la' perfection!

T' ai Chi Gong for Health: Susan

T' ai Chi is an art form that integrates the body & mind to improve health, fitness & relaxation. Join us to rebalance your life with soft, fluid, relaxed movement that has been shown to be very effective. We incorporate the healthful breathing practice, qigong, to restore the body's natural energy (qi) balance. All levels of experience.

Yoga Santé: Susan

A traditional Hatha yoga practice, incorporating complimentary healthful modalities, to provide a varied focus from week to week. Such modalities may include 'toys of the trade' including body rolling, sound healing, pranayama, etc. Appropriate for all levels.

Yoga RX: Susan

Yoga has long been know for it's remarkable healing powers - so let's use those powers for our benefit! In Yoga RX, we utilize the practice of yoga to maintain an optimum state of health. Along our journey, we will encounter: the hands, feet, back/hips, shoulder/neck, core/spine, balance, better bones and tension relief. Appropriate for any level of experience.

Gentle Hatha Yoga: Kit

Gentle stretches lead into a slow, gentle practice to increase range of motion in the joints while gently stretching the body, providing opportunity to improve balance & relieve stress. Great for beginning students or those who have had some yoga experience.

Yoga for Sport: Eric

This class will recruit muscle groups that are used in tennis, golf, walking, and running; alternately stretching and strengthening the targeted areas. The class follows a warm-up, work and deep stretching format for a healthful practice.

Sane & Practical Yoga: Elin

Yoga for everyone. Come & try this great practice to balance, stretch & strengthen the body.

Bodywell Series: Susan

Healing mind/body modalities are utilized in these sessions, aimed at increasing function & decreasing the negative effects of stress in our lives. Rotating Focus on Sound Heals, Laughter yoga, Yoga Toes, Mudra Hands.
